To receive the Westin Diplomat Discounted Room Rate make your reservations prior to 5 pm Eastern, Tuesday March 20, 2012. PMI's reduced room block rate (based on hotel availability) is available 3 days prior to and 3 days following the PMI Forum for those who may wish to extend their trip. Rooms are still available for Weds. & Thursday nights for Forum Attendance. *NOTE THE HOTEL IS SOLD OUT FOR FRIDAY, APRIL 20th and Tuesday April 17th. The forum will begin with at 12 noon pm on Wednesday, April 18, 2012. The forum will conclude at 2 pm on Friday, April 20, 2012. Departure air reservations should be made after 4 p.m., Friday, April 20, 2012

Conference Fee minus $75 for cancellations made before March 1, 2012
Conference Fee minus $200 for cancellation made between March 2 - 20, 2012
Conference Fee minus 50% for cancellations made between March 20 – April 1, 2012
No refunds for cancellations made on or after April 2, 2012
